After receiving a Lung Cancer diagnosis, Marilyn changed everything in her life to heal, grown and fulfill her lifelong dreams including travelling.  After devoting over 3 decades to her career as a Practical Nurse and Registered Social Worker, this loving mother, grandmother, & rescue animal advocate now spends her days as a full-time RVer and Inspirational Travel Blog Writer/Speaker. She travels across the country with her husband & her senior rescue dog Lea, sharing her stories and music wherever she goes!

After recovering from GBS, Holly authored two books…”Life Support” & “Happily Ever After’, about her ordeal with GBS, an illness that left her paralyzed & in ICU on a respirator for 2.5 months, shortly after the birth of her daughter Casey. Together Marilyn & Holly spent 3.5 months in the hospital. Their experience gave them the courage to find the strength & gifts within themselves so they could preserve and share with others, the endless possibilities that come from living through adversity & focusing on the future, to create the life of their dreams.
